Offering courses requires commitments from the organisations involved, such as room / facility hire, and trainer fees.  With this in mind, we have implemented a refund policy which outlines when you can withdraw your enrolment, and when we can cancel a course, and the consequences.

If you want to withdraw your enrolment: 

• more than 7 calendar days before the course date, you can choose to move your enrolment to another course, or receive a full refund of the course fees.
• more than 2 working days but less than 7 calendar days before the course date, you can choose to move your enrolment to another course, or receive a refund of 50% of the course fees.
• less than 2 working days before the course date, we will attempt to move your enrolment to another course but do not guarantee that it will be possible. You will not be entitled to a refund of the course fees.

To withdraw or change your enrolment to another date email support@drilldownmining.com.au with your enrolment details.

If we have to cancel a course:

Drill Down courses may be run subject to minimum numbers of participants.  We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient people enrolled.

We will use reasonable efforts to let you know 7 days before the course date if we have to cancel the course.  If we have to cancel a course then we will use reasonable efforts to transfer you to another course.  If we are unable to do so we will refund your course fees in full.
